Edward is the pastoral staff for the Discipleship Group Ministry (DGM).  The DGM comprises different zones across the various life stages. Each zone is made up of a few Discipleship Groups led by their Discipleship Group Leaders and overseen by a pastor with a team of elders and deacons.

The course provides the basic training for potential Discipleship Group leaders in ORPC with the essential understanding of the approach and the skills for helping to disciple a group of believers embarking on the discipleship journey with the rest of the church.

This course is made up of four 2.5-hour sessions. It covers how a Discipleship Group in ORPC should function. It will equip the participants in the roles of a DG leader. The participants will learn to facilitate a Bible discussion based on the Epistle of Colossians. The course will use Growth Groups by Colin Marshall as a reference text.
